Nosaltres vam estar ben enfeinats i entre una cosa i una altra no vam tenir temps d’ensenyar-vos les fotos del Fantàstic Market. Just ens vam estrenar amb això dels Mercats Handmade i ens va agradar tant que ja estem fent plans pel proper!

Hola! Ja hem tornat de vacances, i després d’una tornada una mica atrafegada i sense ordinadors (ens havien entrat a robar a casa), tornem de nou amb les piles carregades. Hello! We’re back from holidays, and after a busy and without computers week (someone stole them from our home), we return with charged batteries. I’m sure that some of you are still on vacation and others have returned. I show you some pictures of our trip to the southern lands, where it was hot but we visited friends and eat as kings!
El robí és un mineral de la varietat del corindó (óxid d’alumini i crom). El seu nom prové del llatí Ruber que significa “roig”, ja que té un color vermell intens. Li correspon la duresa 9 a l’escala de Mohs i és considerat una de les quatre gemmes més importants juntament amb el Safir, la Maragda i el Diamant.
Es troba principalment en jaciments de Birmania, Sri Lanka, India, Madagascar, Tailandia, Brasil, Colombia, Xina i Rússia, entre d’altres.
El robí és considerada la pedra més poderosa de l’univers, i és la gemma dels nascuts al Juliol. Tenir un Robí t’aporta alegria i pau i, si la col·loques sota el coixí, pot allunyar-te els malsons. Els anells de robí s’han de portar a la mà esquerra per tal de rebre la força vital i protegir-te. Si es rep com un regal, el robí és un símbol d’amistat i d’amor.
Ruby is a mineral from the variety of corundum (aluminum oxide and chromium). Its name comes from Ruber, latin name for red because it has a intense red color. It has a hardness of 9.0 on the Mohs scale and it’s considered one of the four precious stones, together with the sapphire, the emerald, and the diamond. Rubies have historically been mined in Birmania, Sri Lanka, India, Madagascar, Tailandia, Brasil, Colombia, China, and Russia.
Ruby is considered the most powerful gem in the universe, and it’s the July birthstone. To own a ruby gives you contentment and peace and if you place it under a pillow it ward you off bad dreams. Ruby rings should be worn on the left hand to receive the life force and protect you. Given as a gift, the ruby is a symbol of friendship and love.
